2...Beef Consume served with 2003 Charles Jouget "Cuvee Terroir" - Chinon
3...Goat Cheese and Vegetable Tourine served with 2005 Ginglinger Pinot Gris - Alsace
4...Lamb Chops Ala Perigourdine served with 2004 Domaine du Gros Nore - Bandol
5...Green Apple Creme Brulee served with Yalumba Antique Tawny Port.
They certainly had me at Yalumba Antique Tawny Port.
